Job description
Customer & Market Insights
Align with the customer service team to gather recurring customer pain points and feedback
Conduct customer and market research to identify trends, needs and opportunities
Data & Business Analysis
Define and coordinate data requests to inform decisions
Work closely with the data team to prioritize insights that support product decisions
Perform business analysis to articulate the value and impact of potential solutions
Product Strategy & Backlog Management
Understand the overall company strategy and align the product roadmap accordingly
Collect and prioritize needs from marketing, finance, operations and other departments
Define and maintain a high-level, cross-functional product backlog
Determine and communicate the priority of upcoming design needs
Engineering & Execution
Align the sprint backlog and priorities with the engineering team
Write high-level product to-dos and collaborate with engineers to refine them
Ensure proper end-to-end testing is in place and support in testing product features
Monitor product quality and identify improvement opportunities

This role reports to the Tech lead and is located in Nevele.
Job requirements
Experience
4+ years of experience in a product management or product operations role, ideally within a digital or SaaS environment
Proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, customer service, marketing, and operations
Experience defining and managing a product backlog based on business strategy and user insights
Hands-on experience conducting or leveraging user research, market research, and data analysis
Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and sprint planningExperience in coordinating end-to-end testing and ensuring product quality in production
Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and feedback into clear product decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when aligning multiple stakeholders
Ability to write high-level product requirements and break them down with engineering into actionable tasks
Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and basic data tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, or similar)
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and keep momentum across product initiatives
