Responsible for driving growth through high-performing content across all acquisition and retention channels.

The Performance Content Lead works closely with growth, paid media, CRO, and country teams to translate performance strategy into scalable, conversion-driven content execution. This is a hands-on leading role combining project management, content excellence, and performance ownership, ensuring content directly contributes to acquisition efficiency and revenue growth.

Job requirements

Performance Content Strategy:

  • Translate growth and performance objectives into a clear performance content roadmap (in parallel with social paid manager)

  • Define content priorities based on funnel impact (acquisition, activation, retention)

  • Ensure content strategy aligns with paid media, CRO, and lifecycle marketing initiatives

Project Management & Execution:

  • Own end-to-end performance content projects (ads, landing pages, email, CRM, UGC)

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple channels and markets

  • Coordinate closely with growth, paid media, CRO, design, and country teams

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows to increase speed and output

Team & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and coordinate a broader performance content team, both internal and external

  • Brief, guide, and review work from copywriters, designers, UGC creators, and agencies

  • Ensure clear briefs, fast feedback loops, and continuous quality improvement

  • Align stakeholders around priorities, deadlines, and performance expectations

Conversion-Focused Content Optimization:

  • Develop and iterate performance creatives based on insights and test results

  • Collaborate on A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and CRM content

  • Translate performance data into concrete content improvements and new hypotheses

  • Ensure learnings are documented and shared across markets and teams

Content Quality & Brand Consistency:

  • Safeguard brand consistency while pushing for performance impact

  • Balance speed, testing volume, and creative excellence

  • Ensure all performance content meets brand, legal, and quality standards

Competencies & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels and content formats

  • Experience working with paid media, CRO, and lifecycle marketing teams

  • Familiarity with performance metrics such as CPA, CAC, CVR, LTV, ROAS

  • Ability to manage multiple content streams across markets and channels
